Pete was my brother, too. Pete and his wife Lynne live next door, so we are neighbours too. Although Pete is no longer with us in the physical sense he is still here, in the background somewhere. Which is just as well because not only did he enjoy DIY he was very good at it too, well a perfectionist really. He was always there to help me with my projects, even when MND was really taking hold he was able to sit and watch and advise, mind you it did take me three times longer to do it, but then it was a much better job than had I been left to my own devices! Because of Pete's ways he has inspired me to try harder so that my DIY will continue to improve, but I know that I'll never get to his standard. I miss you so much Pete, and not just for your DIY abilities, I miss you being there, I love you Pete.
