It has been over 3 months since I last put a note on this page, and not a day goes by when I don't think of you Pete. Our family have heard so many nice things said about Pete, we did not realise how popular and well thought of he was to his colleagues at Mersey Tunnel/Travel, also people who knew him from years ago, took the time to ring Lynne his wife, to say how they felt about him. Pete has a season ticket for Liverpool, (he's had one for donkey's years), people who sat by him, offered their sympathy to his son John, his daughter Clair and Lynne his wife, when they all went along to the first match of the season, I believe it was a very emotional time for them all. One day I will go with my nephew to the match, and will feel very proud to be sitting in the seat that Pete had sat in for years. My daughter Emma had her first baby two weeks ago, a little girl, I have shown Pete her picture, I am sure he has been and seen her for himself. I miss you and wish that you had been with us longer, your memory will always be kept alive. As a family we will all be together at Christmas, it will not be the same without you. You may not be there in the flesh, but I know you will be there in the spirit. Love you Pete xxxxxxx
